对可降解二氧化碳基塑料进行全面的生物学评价,为食品包装材料的制造和应用提供依据。参照原中华人民共和国卫生部《化学品毒性鉴定技术规范》中生物学评价的要求,对二氧化碳基塑料急性毒性、亚急性毒性试验,致突变毒性(Ames试验、小鼠淋巴瘤细胞突变试验及染色体畸变试验),遗传毒性(睾丸染色体畸变、小鼠精子畸形试验、胎鼠致畸)等系列生物相容性试验研究。结果表明该材料的生物学检测结果均在阴性,提示该材料具有良好的生物学安全性。
The biodegradability of carbon dioxide-based plastics for a comprehensive biological evaluation of food packaging materials for the manufacture and application of the basis. With reference to the biological evaluation requirements of the “Technical Specification of Toxicological Identification” of the Ministry of Public Health of the People’s Republic of China, the acute toxicity, subacute toxicity test, mutagenicity test (Ames test, mouse lymphoma cell mutation test and chromosome Distortion test), genotoxicity (testicular chromosome aberration, mouse sperm abnormality test, fetal rat teratogenicity) series of biocompatibility studies. The results showed that the biological test results were negative, suggesting that the material has good biological safety.
