本文回顾和总结了十年来我国LD转炉提高炉龄和使用炉衬材料的成就和基本经验——炉龄显著提高,单耗有所降低,越来越注重经济炉龄问题;炉衬材料开始采用二步煅烧和烧成油浸砖新技术,向精料、多品种、综合砌炉发展,以及普遍推广白云石造渣.根据生产实践和有关研究成果,认为无论采用那种材质,均应力求纯度高、密度大、组份结构均匀.我国现阶段炉衬材料技术发展道路即主要利用天然原料,采用二步煅烧法、包括一步煅烧法等多种途径,制备以高镁白云石为主的MgO—CaO系优质熟料,发展烧成油浸砖、轻烧油浸砖,合理利用现有焦油白云石制品,实行综合砌炉这一基本方向是正确的.对今后工作提出了若干意见.
