在制造业的项目管理中,供应链管理对项目管理起着重要的作用,决定着项目的成败。如能提高供应链管理的效率,将会极大的提高项目的效率。在物流业高度发展的现代社会,在实际应用中,如何提高需求预测的准确性,如何与市场和供应商保持良好的合作关系对提高供应链管理的效率是很重要的。所以在实际运用中,各个部门需要加强合作沟通,对需求预测进行管理,从而获得对供应商和生产商以及市场相对理想的方法。
In manufacturing project management, supply chain management plays an important role in project management, which determines the success or failure of the project.
