本文对三平正并殖吸虫囊蚴进行了生物学和生物化学的特性观察。结果表明在长江华溪蟹中的三平正并殖吸虫囊蚴和卫氏井殖吸虫囊蚴在生物学与生物化学方面有明显的差别。诸如三平正并殖吸虫囊蚴绝大多数寄生于蟹心脏,而极少在蟹肌肉等部位寄生。三平正并殖吸虫和卫氏并殖吸虫在蟹体内的囊蚴感染率分别为42.8和100%。这两种囊蚴经腹腔感染大白鼠,其感染数分别为3/6和10/10,而虫体回收率则分别为4.5~8.8%及22~72.2%。应用盘状电泳和等电点聚焦电泳测定蛋白质区带模式证明两种囊蚴间有明显的差别.
In this paper, the biological and biochemical characteristics of Paragonimusia serrata were observed. The results showed that there were significant differences in biological and biochemical aspects between the metacercariae of the three orthopanitary Paragonimus and the metacercariae of Paragonimus westermani in the Yangtze River Huaxi crab. Parasitic orthopnosis such as metaplasia metaplasia most parasitic in the crab heart, and very few parasites in the crab muscle and other parts. The infection rates of metacercariae of Paragonimus and Paragonimus westermani in the crabs were 42.8% and 100% respectively. The two metacercariae were infected intraperitoneally in rats with infection rates of 3/6 and 10/10, respectively, whereas the recoveries of parasites were 4.5-8.8% and 22-72.2%, respectively. Determining the zonal pattern of proteins using disk electrophoresis and isoelectric focusing electrophoresis demonstrated a clear difference between the two metacercariae.
