攻丝卡头在工业生产中应用极广,而尤以机械行业更为普遍。多年来,攻丝一直存在着丝锥装卸不方便,同心度低、精度及效率低的弱点。为了解决不足之处,我们找了不少有关技术资料,结合日本的快换卡头样品,研制成了攻丝快换卡头,现将此卡头的结构、测试及部份计算加以介绍。攻丝快换卡头具有外形美观、体积小、重量轻、安全可靠等优点,是攻丝作业中的先进辅助工具。在结构上与我们通常用的摩擦片式卡头不同,摩擦片式卡头是靠摩擦片之间的摩擦力来传递扭矩,而这种卡头是靠摩擦块外涨压缩橡胶块而产生压缩弹力,靠这种弹力来传递扭矩。当此弹力与丝锥切削扭矩相当,则正常进行工作。当超过此扭矩,可换套与摩擦块打滑脱开,因此,保护丝锥不折
