对２９例Ｇｒａｖｅｓ’眼眶病行眶ＣＴ扫描，发现２７例异常。其中眼外肌增大２７例；视神经增粗６例；移位９例；眼球突出２３例；眶隔前移８例；副鼻窦炎１２例。讨论了眼眶直接冠状面扫描在Ｇｒａｖｅｓ’眼眶病诊断中的重要价值及副鼻窦炎与Ｇｒａｖｅｓ’眼眶病的关系。指出ＣＴ扫描对Ｇｒａｖｅｓ’眼眶病诊断及鉴别诊断有重要价值。
Of 29 cases of Graves’ orbital disease underwent orbital CT scan, 27 cases were found to be abnormal. Including extraocular muscle increased in 27 cases; optic nerve thickening in 6 cases; shift in 9 cases; 23 cases of prominent eye; orbital anterior adduction in 8 cases; paranasal sinusitis in 12 cases. The importance of direct orbital coronal scan in the diagnosis of orbital disease in Graves ’and the relationship between paranasal sinusitis and Graves’ orbital disease were discussed. It is pointed out that CT scan has important value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of Graves’ orbital disease.
