目的:探讨慢性束缚应激诱导的皮肤氧化应激对小鼠毛囊生长周期的影响。方法:以慢性束缚法建立小鼠心理应激模型,观察行为学和皮肤组织形态学改变,检测血浆皮质醇水平,皮肤组织中硫代巴比妥酸反应产物(TBARS)水平,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力。结果:与控制组相比,束缚组小鼠运动距离显著减少(P<0.05),血浆皮质醇和皮肤TBARS水平显著上升(P<0.05,P<0.001),SOD、GSH-Px活力显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.001),毛囊生长期明显延迟;束缚加抗氧化剂组小鼠,皮肤组织TBARS水平、GSH-Px活力与控制组无明显差异,可部分逆转毛囊生长期延迟。结论:慢性束缚应激引起的皮肤组织氧化应激导致小鼠毛囊生长期延迟。
Objective: To investigate the effect of chronic restraint stress-induced skin oxidative stress on mouse hair follicle growth cycle. Methods: The chronic stress model was established to observe the changes of behavior and skin histomorphology. Plasma cortisol level, the level of TBARS in skin tissue, the level of superoxide dismutase Enzyme (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity. Results: Compared with the control group, the movement distance of the restraint group was significantly decreased (P <0.05), the level of plasma cortisol and TBARS increased significantly (P <0.05, P <0.001), while the activities of SOD and GSH-Px decreased significantly <0.05, P <0.001). The growth of hair follicles was delayed obviously. TBARS level and GSH-Px activity in control group and shackles plus antioxidants group were not significantly different from those in control group, which could partly reverse the delay of hair follicle growth. Conclusion: Oxidative stress of skin tissue caused by chronic restraint stress can delay the growth of mouse hair follicles.
