物资计划管理作为供应链管理的前端,是物资供应保障的基础。本文是在物资集约化管理不断深化的背景下,开展物资需求预测的研究。一方面对协议库存执行情况进行全面分析,梳理和总结目前预测管理体系上存在的问题,对预测工作做了一个全面评估;一方面有针对性地提出了预测工作改进提升的建议措施和实施计划,并在此基础上,建立预测模型和协同运作机制。从开展需求预测、需求预测应用、需求执行反馈和预测修正、需求预测评估与改进四个方面构建预测方法体系,通过建立科学合理的需求预测体系和协同运作机制,从而为物资的及时、稳定的供应提供了保障,进一步助力电网建设。
