作者研究肉类、奶粉中磺胺(HA)、磺胺嘧啶(HAMD)、磺胺二甲嘧啶(HALJMD)、磺胺甲恶唑(HAJWZ)四种磺胺药物提取、纯化和定性定量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)条件,建立了HPLC法测定肉类、奶粉中四种磺胺药物残留量的方法。四种磺胺药物在鸡肉、奶粉中三个水平的添加回收率在90.4%~97.9%之间。三个不同水平的样品测定(n=7)相对标准偏差为1.9%~7.6%。本法的线性范围为0.04μg/g~2.0μg/g。最低检出浓度为0.002μg/g。
The authors studied the extraction, purification, and qualitative and quantitative high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) of four sulfonamides, including sulfa (HA), HAMD, HALJMD and HAJWZ in meat and milk powder ) Conditions, the establishment of HPLC method for the determination of meat, milk powder four sulfa drug residues.
