目的评价台山市居民死亡谱的特点,为制订疾病防治策略提供科学依据。方法根据台山市死因监测点收集的2013年死亡监测资料和户籍人口信息,死因分类按照国际疾病分类(ICD-10)进行编码,利用中国疾病预防控制信息系统-死因报告信息系统,对台山市2013年居民死亡资料进行统计分析。结果 2013年台山市居民粗死亡率为779.44/10万,标化死亡率为400.61/10万,男性粗死亡率(868.77/10万)高于女性(686.56/10万,P<0.01)。婴儿粗死亡率为539.27/10万,0岁组期望寿命为78.62岁。各大类死因构成:慢性病91.71%,伤害3.54%,感染性、围产期及营养缺乏性疾病3.19%,不明原因疾病1.55%。死因顺位居前五位的依次是:脑血管病(235.88/10万)、心脏病(233.24/10万)、恶性肿瘤(141.35/10万)、呼吸系统疾病(65.49/10万)和伤害(27.62/10万)。结论慢性非传染性疾病是影响台山市居民寿命的主要因素,应加强慢性非传染性疾病的防控工作,降低死亡率。
Objective To evaluate the characteristics of death spectrum among residents in Taishan City and provide a scientific basis for formulating disease prevention and control strategies. Methods According to the 2013 death monitoring data and household population information collected from the death monitoring stations in Taishan City, the cause of death was coded according to the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10). Using the information system of China’s disease prevention and control - cause of death report, Statistics on the death of residents in the year. Results In 2013, the crude death rate of residents in Taishan City was 779.44 / lakh and the standardized death rate was 400.61 / lakh. The crude death rate of males was 868.77 / lakh higher than that of females (686.56 / lakh, P <0.01). The crude infant mortality rate was 539.27 / 100 000, while the 0-year-old group had a life expectancy of 78.62 years. The death causes of various categories constitute: 91.71% of chronic diseases, 3.54% of injuries, 3.19% of infectious, perinatal and nutritional deficiency diseases and 1.55% of unexplained diseases. The top five causes of death were as follows: cerebrovascular disease (235.88 / 100000), heart disease (233.24 / 100000), malignant tumor (141.35 / 100000), respiratory diseases (65.49 / 100000) and injuries (27.62 / 100,000). Conclusion Chronic non-communicable diseases are the main factors affecting the life expectancy of residents in Taishan City. Prevention and control of chronic non-communicable diseases should be strengthened to reduce the mortality rate.
