分析凿岩机传统的润滑及冷却机构存在的问题,为了解决传统凿岩机存在的气水联动失灵和“洗锤”等问题,提出一种新型气动凿岩机润滑及冷却机构的技术方案,给出新型气动凿岩机润滑及冷却机构的实施方式。新型润滑及冷却机构有效提升了气动凿岩机的润滑及冷却效果,防止了气动凿岩机正常工作过程中和结束时的倒灌情况,整体提高了气动凿岩机的寿命。
In order to solve the problems of gas-water linkage failure and “hammering” of the conventional rockdrill, a new type of technical scheme of lubrication and cooling mechanism for pneumatic rock drill was proposed and a new type of pneumatic Rock drill lubrication and cooling mechanism of the embodiment.
