目的了解地铁职工的职业健康状况。方法采用判断抽样方法,以某地铁公司3 706名进行在岗期间职业健康检查的地铁职工作为接触组,以同公司新入职的951名职工作为对照组。对2组人群进行职业健康检查并分析比较有关结果。结果与对照组比较,接触组人群扁桃体肿大、咽炎、鼻炎、肺通气功能减退、小气道异常、心电图、血压偏高、脂肪肝、胆囊结石和胆囊息肉检出率均升高(P<0.05),白细胞计数和红细胞计数均升高(P<0.05),血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、γ-谷氨酰基转移酶,总胆固醇、甘油三酯、肌酐、尿酸和抗链球菌溶血素O水平均升高(P<0.05)。结论地铁作业可能对工人的呼吸系统、心血管系统、肝功能、肾功能、血脂和抗链球菌溶血素O水平产生一定影响。
Objective To understand the occupational health of subway workers. Methods Using the judgment sampling method, 3 706 subway workers who took part in the occupational health examination of a certain subway company were selected as the contact group and 951 employees newly recruited by the company were used as the control group. 2 groups of people for occupational health examination and analysis of the results. Results Compared with the control group, the detection rate of fatty liver, gallbladder stones and gallbladder polyps in the exposed group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05), with enlarged amygdala, pharyngitis, rhinitis, hypogonadism, small airway abnormality, electrocardiogram and high blood pressure ), White blood cell count and erythrocyte count (P <0.05), serum alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, γ-glutamyl transferase, total cholesterol, triglyceride, creatinine, Uric acid and anti-streptolysin O levels were elevated (P <0.05). Conclusion Subway operations may have some impact on workers’ respiratory system, cardiovascular system, liver function, renal function, blood lipids and anti-streptolysin O levels.
