平行运行臭氧-生物活性炭柱,考察4种活性炭对有机物、消毒副产物前体物的去除效果及出水浊度。结果表明:4种活性炭无论碘吸附值与亚甲蓝吸附值的高低,对有机物的平均去除率均大于30%,扫描电镜显示生物活性炭表面大部分被生物膜覆盖。原煤破碎炭对消毒副产物前体物的去除率最高,达到63.1%,4种活性炭柱出水浊度均小于0.3NTU。选用碘吸附值相对较低的原煤破碎炭,可节约采购成本1 100~1 400元/m~3。
Ozone - biological activated carbon columns were operated in parallel. The removal efficiencies and effluent turbidity of four kinds of activated carbon on organic matter and disinfection byproduct precursor were investigated. The results showed that the average removal rates of organic matter were higher than 30%, no matter the adsorption value of iodine and the adsorption value of methylene blue, and the most of the surface of biologically active carbon was covered by biomembrane by scanning electron microscopy. Crude coal crushed charcoal had the highest removal rate of the precursor of disinfection by-products, reaching 63.1%. The effluent turbidity of the four activated carbon columns was less than 0.3 NTU. Use of raw coal with relatively low iodine adsorption value broken carbon can save the purchasing cost of 1 100 ~ 1 400 yuan / m ~ 3.
