瓦斯爆炸是煤矿开采过程中时有发生的严重事故,研究表明障碍物对瓦斯爆炸传播有很大影响。采用数值模拟的手段分析研究了障碍物的个数和阻塞比对瓦斯爆炸的影响。首先建立瓦斯爆炸数值计算模型,并参照试验数据,验证采用模型的正确性。采用该模型对不同阻塞比和不同障碍物个数对瓦斯爆炸的影响进行对比分析,分析这些因素对瓦斯爆炸火焰、压力和温度产生的影响。研究结果认为障碍物的存在增大火焰传播速度,并且障碍物的个数和阻塞比的大小对火焰传播速度有很大影响。
Gas explosion is a serious accident occurred in coal mining process. Research shows that obstacles have a great impact on gas explosion. Numerical simulation is used to analyze the influence of the number of obstructions and blockage ratio on gas explosion. Firstly, the numerical model of gas explosion is established, and the correctness of the adopted model is verified by referring to the experimental data. The model was used to analyze the influence of different blocking ratios and the number of different obstacles on gas explosion, and the influence of these factors on the flame, pressure and temperature of gas explosion was analyzed. The results show that the existence of obstacles increases the flame propagation velocity, and the number of obstacles and the size of the blocking ratio have a great impact on the flame propagation velocity.
