1 引言 日本东京湾沈理隧道工程是用盾构机在海底进行掘进的隧道工程,然而要将盾构机转运至地下工程现场,组装后进行掘进作业确非易事,因为各工程现场情况悬殊不同,地下组装作业的空间又受到种种限制和约束。为此,三菱重工公司开发研制了起重机高度和大车轨距可调变的和陆地拆装运输方便的门式起重机,供海底隧道工程中转运和组装盾构机之用。该机自交付使用以来,已经转移了不少工程现场,不但运行顺利,而且其机械性能得到了充分发挥。现作简要介绍如下。
