秸草中夹带籽粒损失是限制联合收割机生产率提高的关键。提高脱粒装置的分离能力,以减少进入逐藁器的籽粒量是提高机器分离能力的有效措施之一。双滚筒脱粒装置脱粒能力强,凹板分离率高,对湿潮作物适应性强,其性能特点比较适应我国农业条件。但现在的双滚筒脱粒装置存在制造麻烦,功率消耗较多等问题。为充分发挥其生产潜力,克服其不足,在试验室内对不同结构型式、不同配置型式和参数的双滚筒脱粒装置进行了试验研究,通过高速摄影,性能和功率消耗的测定及分析摸索其规律性,配置出一种结构型式比较简单,通过能力强,消耗功率小的双滚筒脱粒装置,适于在效率高,机型小的联合收割机上采用。亦可在效率高的脱粒机上采用,能一次达到脱得净,分得清的要求。
