21世纪“一带一路”战略下的中国是开放的,航运在海洋战略中起到了举足轻重的作用,而航运的发展是不能没有足够的船员力量作为支撑的。当今中国船员的生存现状却是有悖于航运的发展强盛,待遇低下,工作环境复杂,没有健全的法律制度保障等问题,严重制约着航运业的人才队伍储备。如何建立一套行之有效的船员社会保障制度,是急需解决的一个问题。希望更多的人能关注船员,关注航运,为航运大国的建设出谋划策。
China is open under the strategy of “One Belt and One Road” in the 21st century. Shipping plays an important role in the maritime strategy, and the development of shipping can not be supported without sufficient crew strength. Today’s Chinese crew’s living conditions are contrary to the strong development of shipping, low pay, complex working environment, there is no sound legal system to protect and other issues, seriously restricting the shipping industry’s talent pool reserves. How to establish an effective social security system for seafarers is a problem that needs urgent solution. I hope more people can pay attention to the crew, pay attention to shipping and provide suggestions for the construction of a big shipping nation.
