基于大田微咸水滴灌试验,研究了不同施肥措施及微咸水滴灌定额对红枣根区土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明,土壤蛋白酶活性受施肥措施和微咸水滴灌定额的影响较小,但枣树不同生育阶段间根区土壤蛋白酶活性差异性较大。不同施肥措施和微咸水滴灌定额对土壤蔗糖酶活性产生影响的差异极显著。单施NPK肥对于土壤脲酶活性的提高效果最明显,NPK同有机肥混施次之,单施有机肥最小。NPK同有机肥混施后枣树根区土壤过氧化氢酶活性最高,其次为单施NPK肥,单施有机肥最小。微咸水滴灌定额对土壤脲酶活性和土壤过氧化氢酶活性影响的差异均不显著。
Based on field brackish water drip irrigation experiments, the effects of different fertilization measures and brackish water drip irrigations on soil enzyme activities in root zone of jujube were studied. The results showed that soil protease activity was less affected by fertilization and brackish water drip irrigation quotient, but the difference of soil protease activity in the root zone of jujube tree was more significant. The differences of soil invertase activities under different fertilization and brackish water drip irrigation quotas were extremely significant. Applying NPK fertilizer alone had the most obvious effect on improving soil urease activity. NPK was followed by organic manure, followed by organic manure alone. NPK and organic manure had the highest catalase activity in the root zone of the jujube tree, followed by NPK fertilizer alone and the least organic fertilizer application. The effect of brackish water drip irrigation quota on soil urease activity and soil catalase activity was insignificant.
