耐蚀性是影响管道可靠性的重要因素,其中氢致裂纹是管道的失效形式之一。笔者依据NACETM0284-96 HIC试验标准,对不同组份、不同成形工艺的管线钢的抗氢致裂纹性能进行了测试,研究了珠光体组织偏析带及C、Mn、S元素对管线钢氢致裂纹性能的影响。结果表明:随珠光体偏析带组织的产生,管线钢抗氢致裂纹性能下降;碳含量增加,将增强氢致裂纹敏感性;同时,Mn、S易造成低温组织、夹杂物和聚合物的偏析,将导致管线钢氢致裂纹敏感性的增强。
