在我国经济建设发展的带动下,职业院校迎来了其黄金发展期,并为我国社会经济的发展培养出了大量的优秀人才。而随着我国体制发展的进一步深化和经济发展新常态的出现,在传统经济发展需求下而产生的职业院校人才培养模式已经不适应当前的经济需求,因此,为了更好地为经济发展注入新鲜活力,就必须要树立以职业核心能力为本位的人才培养模式。但与此同时,在学生具备良好的职业能力的基础上,对其口才表达与交际能力的要求也随之提高,因此在职业能力为本位的人才培养模式中,高职学生的口才交际能力又占据着十分重要的地位。本文在分析高职院校学生口才能力的基础上,基于职业核心能力的本体人才培养模式,从校内、校外两个方面来介绍高职生口才培养体系模式,希望可以对我国的高职教育的发展有所启示。

On the basis of analyzing the eloquence ability of students in higher vocational colleges, this paper introduces the model of ontology talent cultivation based on the core competence of vocational students, introduces the mode of the system of eloquence cultivation of higher vocational students from both inside and outside the school, hoping to give some suggestions to our higher vocational education Inspiration for development.
