我们曾报道过从食管癌高发区林县的食用酸菜中分离并合成了一种亚硝基化合物——Roussin红甲酯。本文对它的N-亚硝基化作用进行了初步的研究。在大鼠体内以及体外的实验表明,这种化合物能与二甲胺,二乙胺,(?)啶,吡咯烷,N-甲基苯胺,N-甲基苄胺以及肌氨酸乙酯等二级胺反应,生成相应的致癌亚硝胺,所以是合成亚硝胺的前体物。通过对肌氨酸乙酯亚硝胺和二乙基亚硝胺生成量的测定,对照了Roussin红甲酯与亚硝酸钠的N-亚硝化作用,表明Roussin红甲酯是一种很强的亚硝化试剂。
We have reported that we isolated and synthesized a nitroso compound, Roussin Methyl Ester, from edible sauerkraut in Linxian County, a high-risk area of esophageal cancer. In this paper, a preliminary study of its N-nitrosylation was conducted. Experiments in rats and in vitro showed that this compound can interact with dimethylamine, diethylamine, (?)pyridine, pyrrolidine, N-methylaniline, N-methylbenzylamine and sarcosine ethyl ester, etc. The secondary amine reacts to generate the corresponding carcinogenic nitrosamines and is therefore a precursor to the synthesis of nitrosamines. The N-nitrosation of Roussin Red Methyl Ester and Sodium Nitrite was compared with the determination of the production of sarcosine ethyl ester nitrosamine and diethylnitrosamine, indicating that Roussin Red Methyl Ester is a very strong Nitrosation reagents.
