1碳酸钠防垢处理在一般的情况下锅水的pH值调整剂与防垢剂不能截然分开。对于压力小于等于1.5MPa的工业锅炉所使用的防垢剂多为碳酸钠(Na_2CO_3)。碳酸钠加入到锅内后会发生水解生成氢氧化钠(NaOH),生成量根据锅炉运行压力的不同而不同。碳酸钠本身起到防止结生水垢的作用,同时水解生成氢氧化钠后又能调解锅水pH值。因此,采用锅内加碳酸纳处理的一般不另外再向锅水中投加氢氧化钠等其它药剂。一般工业锅炉锅内处理首选的防垢剂是碳酸
