论述了大口径星载雷达天线的结构设计,详细介绍了高模量碳纤维框架的设计和平面度、刚度保证措施,对天线的平面度和动态特性分别进行了分析和测试,框架模态的仿真分析结果与实测结果基本一致,为天线发射状态压紧点的优化提供了依据。并用Test Lab中的模态预测软件计算质量增加后结构的模态参数,仿真分析了框架在压紧状态和展开状态的模态。分析表明大口径雷达天线能满足星载结构方面的指标要求,为大口径天线的星载雷达立项打下了基础。
The structure design of large-aperture spaceborne radar antenna is discussed. The design of high-modulus carbon fiber frame and the assurance of flatness and stiffness are introduced in detail. The planarity and dynamic characteristics of the antenna are respectively analyzed and tested. The simulation of frame mode The analysis results are basically consistent with the measured results, which provides the basis for the optimization of the compressed state of the antenna launch state. The modal parameters of the structure after the mass increase were calculated by using the modal prediction software in Test Lab, and the modes of the frame in the compressed state and the unfolded state were simulated. The analysis shows that the large-aperture radar antenna can meet the requirements of the spaceborne structure and lay the foundation for the large-aperture antenna launch.
