以华东各省最近两次一类调查资料为背景，作出抽样设计有关参数的估计，从而提出合理的样地数量。
Based on the latest two types of survey data from all provinces of eastern China, the author makes the estimation of the relevant parameters of sampling design and proposes a reasonable number of plots.
