目的研究细胞外环境低钙对培养心肌细胞损伤的影响机制。方法观察细胞外钙离子浓度为1.0mmol/L、0.8mmol/L、0.6mmol/L、0.4mmol/L、0.2mmol/L时对原代培养心肌细胞膜流动性、细胞内游离钙和肌酸磷酸激酶(CK)的影响。结果钙离子浓度为0.6mmol/L以下能明显引起膜流动性降低,细胞内游离钙增加,呈明显的量效关系。低钙能引起CK量增加,呈明显的量效关系。结论细胞外环境钙离子浓度降低能引起细胞内游离钙增加,进而使细胞损伤。
Objective To study the mechanism of extracellular low calcium on cardiomyocyte injury. Methods The extracellular calcium concentration of 1.0mmol / L, 0.8mmol / L, 0.6mmol / L, 0.4mmol / L, 0.2mmol / L of primary culture of myocardial cell membrane fluidity, intracellular free Effects of calcium and creatine phosphokinase (CK). Conclusion The decrease of calcium concentration in extracellular environment can lead to the increase of intracellular free calcium, leading to cell injury.
