众所周知,轧制程序对钢在热轧状态下的显微组织和机械性能影响颇大。从细化奥氏体和铁素体晶粒的观点,研究了 Si—Mn 钢经过不同的轧制和冷却条件处理后的性能。其结果表明,低的加热和终轧温度以及适当地控制冷却速度对获得较细的铁素体—珠光体组织是必要的。而这些细化是由总的轧制比率(而不是由一个道次的压下量)来决定的。
It is well-known that the rolling process has a great influence on the microstructure and mechanical properties of steel under hot rolling conditions. From the viewpoint of refining austenite and ferrite grains, the properties of Si-Mn steels after different rolling and cooling conditions were studied. The results show that low heating and finishing temperatures and proper cooling rate control are necessary to obtain finer ferrite-pearlite structures. And these refinements are determined by the total rolling ratio (rather than by one pass reduction).
