随着妇女社会地位的提升,许多企业单位成立了工会女工委员会,成为联系企业女工的枢纽和桥梁。为了促使企业工会女工委员会能健康有效的发展,要求企业为员工提供交流平台,并且为女工提供良好的工作环境,为女工组织创新活动,增加企业女工之间的凝聚力。为了全面提高企业女工的综合素质,促进企业工会女工委员会的可持续发展,还需要对企业工会女工的工作现状进行全面分析,然后提出有针对性的解决措施,进而促进企业的全面发展。
With the improvement of women’s social status, many enterprises and units set up trade union women’s committees to become the hub and bridge linking women workers. In order to promote healthy and effective development of the trade union women’s committees, enterprises are required to provide a platform for employees to exchange ideas, provide a good work environment for women workers, organize innovative activities for women workers and increase the cohesion among the women workers. In order to comprehensively improve the overall qualities of women workers in enterprises and promote the sustainable development of women workers’ committees in enterprises, a comprehensive analysis of the status quo of women workers in enterprises should also be carried out. Then, targeted solutions are proposed to promote the all-round development of enterprises.
