光在植物组织培养中,是一个重要的调节因子。实验结果表明,相同辐照度下的不同光质,对凹叶景天组织培养中愈伤组织的大小,不定芽的数量,培养物的生物产量、叶绿素(a+b)、碳水化合物、蛋白质和核酸的含量有不同的效应。其中,白光对提高培养物的生物产量、增加发芽数、促进叶绿素(a+b)和核酸的合成以及碳水化合物的利用最为有效。
Light is an important regulator of plant tissue culture.
