青霉素治疗钩端螺旋体病和梅毒可能出现赫氏反应。我站1986年—1989年收治的156例急性血吸虫病人中,在首剂服用吡喹酮后出现畏寒、寒颤、高热,原有的毒性症状加重等类赫氏反应101例(64.4％), 临床资料 156例全系男性,5—15岁51例,16—30岁81例,31—56岁24例,154例有明显的疫水接触史,所有病例均有典型急性血吸虫病症状 Penicillin treatment of leptospirosis and syphilis Heath’s reaction may occur.
