目的探讨优势内容递增教育法对肾病综合征患者健康教育质量的影响。方法将60例肾病综合征患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组均为30例。对照组采用常规的健康教育方法,观察组应用优势内容递增教育法实施健康教育。实施健康教育后采用问卷调查法调查2组患者健康知识掌握情况及对健康教育的满意度,并对调查结果进行分析。结果观察组健康知识的得分及对健康教育的满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用优势内容递增教育法对肾病综合征患者进行健康教育,能增加患者的健康知识,提高其健康教育满意度,对肾病综合征患者的治疗有重要的意义。
Objective To explore the effect of increasing content of education on the quality of health education in patients with nephrotic syndrome. Methods Sixty patients with nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group adopted the conventional method of health education, and the observation group applied the advantage of increasing education method to implement health education. After the implementation of health education, questionnaire survey was used to investigate the health knowledge of the two groups and their satisfaction with health education. The results of the investigation were also analyzed. Results The scores of health knowledge and satisfaction of health education in observation group were higher than those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusions The application of the advantages and increasing content of education to patients with nephrotic syndrome, health education, can increase the patient’s health knowledge, improve their health education satisfaction, the treatment of patients with nephrotic syndrome is of great significance.
