后勤文化建设是一项持久性的系统工程,涉及各个层次和领域,其目的在于通过提高干部职工的综合素质,进而促进各项工作的开展。近年来,我们从加强文化建设入手,把关心人、教育人、培养人、塑造人作为着力点,主动搭建平台,丰富建设内容,积极开展一系列富有特色的实践活动,在中心上下营造出“比学习、比服务、比贡献”的浓厚氛围,为履行好管理、保障、服务职能提供了坚强的思想和文化支撑,促进了厅机关各项工作高效运转。
The construction of logistics culture is a long-lasting systematic project involving all levels and fields.
