高等院校质量管理创新人才培养过程是质量管理课程教学及其考核的过程。针对传统的理论知识考核模式造成的人才动手和创新能力不足等方面的问题,运用QFD方法对质量管理专业课程考核方案进行顶层设计研究,将其职业需求特性转化为人才培养考核目标;是系统地策划、细分该课程培养考核总目标为多个阶段性分目标并形成整体考核方案的过程。该考核方案包括知识体系学习、专业技能训练单项和综合考核等多种形式,是培养全过程的、既重视知识又重能力考核的方案。经过使用证明所构建的质量管理课考核方案能高效率的支撑其教学活动的运行。
