随着我国国民经济的快速发展以及建筑材料技术的不断更新,各城市不断涌现出各种造型新颖的高层建筑,高层建筑的投资力度正以空前的速度不断增加,从而对高层建筑形体及其构件布置设计提出更高要求。高层建筑形体及其构件规则性问题可能造成扭转效应,应力集中后造成建筑结构薄弱环节。因此,可采取特别的加强措施,确保高层建筑有良好的内容、风格、形式以及平面、立面的布置规则。本文从介绍高层建筑形体及其构件布置规则性的设计规范要求、性能设计要求、防震设计要求出发,分析提高高层建筑形体及其构件布置规则性的符合计算模型、拓宽设计思路、改善形体设计、提升设计细节的对策措施。
