在现阶段工资问题一直是困扰企业的因素,由此还滋生了许多经济问题和社会问题,必须考虑使用一种更好的工资分配方式来解决这些问题,以工会为平台的工资集体协商算是较为科学的一种方法了,它对于非公企业与劳力之间的平衡掌握的恰到好处,是构建和谐关系的重要手段。就工会本身来说,因为其可以将劳动者与其利益聚集起来,就可以在非公企业和劳力之间形成利益结合点,最大化地减少成本。而集体协商制度却是将工会本身纳入到工资协商体系,这样形成的工资决策制度对于非公企业和劳力来说都是公平的。但是这项制度在投入使用后却还是存在认识性差、工会主体性不足等问题,所以现在在推进工资集体协商的道路上还有很长的路要走。
