与一流国际工程企业相比,中国工程承包企业在项目管理、技术创新、资源整合、投融资能力和运营管理等方面还存在一些不足。中国公司只有从管理提升入手,对标国际一流,主动加强学习,固本强基,弥补短板,不断提高自身的综合实力和竞争力,才能在国际市场持续不断健康发展。本文将从知识管理的视角,对如何提升海外项目管理水平提出一些思考和建议。
Compared with first-rate international engineering enterprises, there are still some shortages in project management, technological innovation, resource integration, investment and financing ability and operation management in China’s engineering contracting enterprises. Chinese companies can only continue to grow healthily in the international market if they start with management improvement, take the lead in world-class standardization, take the initiative to strengthen learning, consolidate strong bases, make up shortcomings and continuously improve their overall strength and competitiveness. This article will put forward some thoughts and suggestions on how to improve the management level of overseas projects from the perspective of knowledge management.
