在回顾图书馆服务质量测评当前研究状况的基础上,建立五维度(因子)的本土化图书馆服务质量模型,并证实存在高阶因子主宰五维度的表现。经过严谨的信度与效度检验,该模型不仅有效揭示图书馆服务质量测量的高阶因子结构关系,而且可以确定测量指标对各因子的影响程度。据此,将图书馆服务质量指数化,为其改进提供依据。
On the basis of reviewing the current research status of library service quality evaluation, this paper establishes a localization quality model of five-dimensional (factor) library and confirms the presence of high-order factors that dominate the five-dimensional performance. After a rigorous test of reliability and validity, this model not only effectively reveals the higher-order factor structure relationship of the measurement of library service quality, but also determines the influence degree of measurement index on each factor. Accordingly, indexing the quality of library services provides the basis for its improvement.
