目的了解苏北地区大学生人体成分及其与肥胖的相关性。方法采用生物电阻抗原理对苏北地区555名大学生进行人体成分测定,SPSS19.0分析体成分及其与肥胖的相关性。结果男生身体脂肪量(MBF)、去脂体质量(LBM)、身体总水分(TBW)、肌肉量(SLM)、矿物质量(Minerals)、蛋白质量(Protein)平均分别为12.82、52.57、37.85、48.83、3.74、10.94 kg;女生平均分别为13.25、40.25、28.97、37.14、3.08、8.19 kg,男生的LBM、TBW、SLM、Minerals、Protein>女生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。男生身体质量指数(BMI)、体脂百分比(BF%)、腰臀比(WHR)分别为21.37 kg/m2、17.72%、0.76、;女生分别为20.54 kg/m2、24.26%、0.72,男生BMI、WHR高于女生,女生BF%>男生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。男生偏瘦、正常、体质量超标、肥胖分别为16.4%、64.3%、15.5%、3.8%,女生分别为20.8%、67.8%、10.5%、0.9%,体型差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。BMI与BF%、LBM、TBW、SLM、Minerals高度相关(r≥0.7,P<0.001)。结论苏北地区大学生不同性别的人体体成分含量存在显著差异,大学生体质量超标肥胖率处于较高状态,且与体成分密切相关。应鼓励大学生加强体育锻炼,引导健康生活方式。
Objective To understand the relationship between body composition and obesity among undergraduates in Northern Jiangsu Province. Methods The bioelectrical impedance was used to determine the body composition of 555 college students in northern Jiangsu Province. The body composition was analyzed by SPSS19.0 and its correlation with obesity was analyzed. Results The average body fat mass (MBF), lean body mass (LBM), total body water (TBW), muscle mass (SLM), mineral and protein of boys were 12.82, 52.57 and 37.85 respectively, 48.83, 3.74, and 10.94 kg, respectively. The average number of female students was 13.25, 40.25, 28.97, 37.14, 3.08, and 8.19 kg respectively. There was significant difference between boys and girls in LBM, TBW, SLM, Minerals and Protein> P <0.001. The body mass index (BMI), body fat percentage (BF%) and waist-to-hip ratio (WHR) of boys were 21.37 kg / m2, 17.72% and 0.76 respectively, while those of girls were 20.54 kg / m2 and 24.26% , WHR higher than girls, girls BF%> boys, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.001). The boys were overweight, normal and overweight. The obesity was 16.4%, 64.3%, 15.5% and 3.8% respectively, and the girls were 20.8%, 67.8%, 10.5% and 0.9% ). BMI was highly correlated with BF%, LBM, TBW, SLM, and Minerals (r ≥ 0.7, P <0.001). Conclusion There is a significant difference in body composition among college students in Northern Jiangsu Province. The overweight obesity rate of college students is in a high state, and is closely related to the body composition. Students should be encouraged to strengthen their physical activity and lead healthy lifestyles.
