随着经济全球化的发展,企业跨国经营成为世界经济的一个主要趋势。文章从动态能力理论角度研究跨国公司,采用案例研究方法,通过归纳海尔动态能力构建论证了跨国公司的动态能力影响机制:能力拥有、能力配置和能力提升,探讨动态能力的影响机理,从而扩展了理论文献的研究,为企业实证研究建立理论框架。同时,文章还为企业如何在进行国际化扩张,提升企业的竞争优势提供了一定的借鉴意义。
With the development of economic globalization, multinational operation of enterprises has become a major trend in the world economy. This paper studies MNCs from the perspective of dynamic capability theory and adopts the case study method to demonstrate that the dynamic capability of MNCs is influenced by the ability of transnational corporations by inducing the dynamic capabilities of Haier: ability ownership, ability allocation and capability enhancement, and the influence mechanism of dynamic capabilities, thus extending Theoretical literature research, establish a theoretical framework for the empirical research of enterprises. At the same time, the article also provides some reference for enterprises how to carry out international expansion and enhance the competitive advantage of enterprises.
