当前在高职教育中校企合作的比重越来越大,校企合作中的教学管理包括专业建设运行机制的建立,人才培养模式的构建及实施,教学资源的开发,工学交融的教学组织形式,专兼职师资的管理,产业服务,以及相关的质量评价等方面。高职院校在校企合作机制下,通过科学的教学组织管理,对教学资源的合理配置及积极的激励措施,可以充分发挥教师潜能,培养出高素质技能型人才,同时也能让企业在合作过程中提升效益,从而实现校企合作的可持续发展。
