糖尿病足(DF)是Oakley于1956年首先提出来的,并一直在国际上通用。1999年WHO对糖尿病足的定义是:糖尿病患者由于合并神经病变及各种不同程度未梢血管病变而导致下肢感染、溃疡形成和(或)深部组织的破坏。根据糖尿病足的临床表现,大致归属于中医“消渴”、“脱疽”范畴。我院对2004～2008年收治的45例糖尿病足患者采用中西医结合的治疗方法,取得了较好的效果。现报告如下。
Diabetic foot (DF) was first proposed by Oakley in 1956 and has been internationally accepted. 1999 WHO diabetic foot is defined as: diabetic patients due to co-neuropathy and varying degrees of peripheral vascular disease lead to lower limb infection, ulcer formation and (or) the destruction of deep tissue. According to the clinical manifestations of diabetic foot, generally attributable to Chinese medicine, “diabetes”, “” gangrene "category. 45 cases of diabetic foot admitted to our hospital from 2004 to 2008 were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, and achieved good results.
