基于篮球运动比赛及训练中出现的损伤问题,研究采用文献资料法、专家咨询法、实地调研等研究方法,对常见的损伤如膝关节损伤、踝关节损伤、腰损伤等进行了分析。并指出损伤出现的系列原因:准备活动不足、犯规及身体重装、医务监督不足等,最后,针对存在的系列损伤提出了处理的举措,以期将影响降至最低,并尽量减少损伤的发展。
Based on the injury problems in basketball games and training, this study analyzed the common injuries such as knee joint injury, ankle joint injury and lumbar injury by using the methods of literature review, expert consultation and field investigation. And pointed out the series of reasons for injury: lack of preparation, foul and body reloading, lack of medical supervision and so on. Finally, we put forward some measures to deal with the existing series of injuries in order to minimize the impact and minimize the development of injuries.
