赴日研修是一种国际化工学结合人才培养模式,它是在产学结合、校企合作的基础上的中外合作实践教学模式,其现状研究及对策分析具有重要意义。文章采用研修动机及研修期望量表对杭州市某高校的2014-2015学年所有参加赴日研修的4批大学生共计151人进行问卷调查,通过对参加赴日研修学生的状态进行动态数据采集,分析其研修动机、研修期望和研修现状的关系,探讨研究国际化工学结合模式下赴日学生的现状,为推动国际化工学结合人才培养模式不断走向成熟和完善提出对策。
The study tour in Japan is an international chemical engineering combined with personnel training mode. It is a practical teaching mode of Sino-foreign cooperation based on the combination of production and learning, the cooperation between schools and enterprises, and its status quo and countermeasure analysis are of great significance. In this paper, a total of 151 students from 4 batches of college students who participated in the training in Japan during the academic year of 2014-2015 in Hangzhou were enrolled in this study. The questionnaire survey was conducted on the basis of dynamic motivation data of the students participating in the study in Japan. The motivation of their research, the expectation of their training and the status quo of the training. The status quo of the students studying in Japan under the mode of international chemical engineering is discussed, and the countermeasures are put forward to promote the continuous maturation and perfection of the personnel training mode of international chemical engineering.
