为实现煤矿配电网无功补偿效果的优化控制,设计以MSP430为核心的嵌入式控制器。主控制器植入优先级抢占调度系统μC/OS-Ⅱ,利用多任务内核管理磁阀式可控电抗器MCR的触发和保护,并通过nRF2401实现与上位机的无线通信和远程监测。该控制器能优化煤矿配电网的电能质量,且适于不同电压等级和供电容量。
In order to realize the optimal control of reactive power compensation effect in coal distribution network, an embedded controller with MSP430 as its core is designed. Host controller preempted priority scheduling scheduling systemμC / OS-Ⅱ, the use of multi-tasking core management solenoid valve MCR triggering and protection, and through the nRF2401 wireless communication with the host computer and remote monitoring. The controller can optimize the power quality of coal distribution network, and suitable for different voltage levels and power supply capacity.
