目的:以厚朴酚、和厚朴酚含量为指标评价厚朴花的质量。方法:高效液相色谱法测定厚朴酚、和厚朴酚的含量。结果:厚朴花含厚朴酚、和厚朴酚(之和)约在0.192%~2.052%之间,越接近开花,其含量越低,其在花被中的含量最低(与花梗、雄蕊群、花托和雌蕊群中者相比较)。结论:以厚朴酚、和厚朴酚的含量作为厚朴花的质量控制指标是可行的,幼小(未成熟的)花蕾在商品中应属于质量好的厚朴花之列。
Objective: To evaluate the quality of magnolia officinalis with the content of magnolol and honokiol as indicators. Methods: The content of magnolol and honokiol was determined by HPLC. The results showed that the thickness of Magnolia officinalis honokiol and honokiol was between 0.192% and 2.052%. The closer it was to flowering, the lower its content was, and its content in the perianth was the lowest ( Compared with pedicels, stamens, receptacles, and pistil groups). Conclusion: It is feasible to use magnolol and honokiol as the quality control indicators of Magnolia officinalis, and the young (immature) buds should be among the good quality magnolia officinalis flowers in the commodity.
