To LDH as an indicator of cell damage, observe the phosgene on the respiratory tract of guinea pig injury. In guinea pigs, the dose of phosgene was Lct 50, the LDH activity in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid was 182 ± 27 units%, and the control group was 29 ± 7%. There was significant difference between the two groups in the free hemoglobin content in lavage fluid Does not increase, indicating that increased LDH does not come from the red blood cells. The LDH activity of the epinephrine group lavage fluid and LDH isoenzyme pattern of the lavage fluid of the poisoning group all suggest that the increased LDH is from the respiratory tract cells. These results demonstrate that diphosgene has a direct traumatic effect on the respiratory cells of guinea pigs.
