用便携式气胸恒定负压吸引引流装置治疗各类气胸３５例为治疗组，用胸腔闭式水封瓶引流３５例为对照组，通过临床治愈显效率，滞效率及无效等多项指标比较和经数据统计学处理，结果表明治疗组在难治性气胸治疗方面，各项临床效果指标明显优于对照组，而在各类气胸治疗的综合显效率亦明显优于对照组。
