本文阐述了最小割集理论及其在事故分析中的作用,利用事故树分析法对气井加热炉爆炸事故进行风险分析,结合苏里格采气作业区气井井口节流加热集输工艺,建立气井加热炉爆炸事故树。采用最小割集法对气井加热炉爆炸事故树进行分析,从而为气井加热炉正常运行制定出高效、可行的安全措施。
In this paper, the theory of least cut set and its role in accident analysis are described. The risk analysis of gas well furnace explosion accident is carried out by using accident tree analysis method. Combined with the gas-well wellhead throttling and heating and gathering process in Sulige gas production area, gas wells Furnace explosion accident tree. The method of minimum cutting set was used to analyze the explosion tree of gas-fired furnace, so as to make efficient and feasible safety measures for the normal operation of gas-fired furnace.
