1 case report 1 female, 12 years old. Due to aspiration of plastic bullet-shaped ball cap more than 1 month hospital, hospital had repeated fever because of repeated penicillin treatment in the local clinic. Physical examination: T37 ℃, R21 times / min. Right lung breath sounds disappear, slightly increased left lung breath sounds.
