目的 探讨血小板膜糖蛋白CD31、CD6 1和CD6 2 p表达在急性氧中毒中的作用和意义。 方法 将小鼠随机分为急性氧中毒组和正常对照组。通过暴露于 5 0 0kPa高压氧环境中 ,建立急性氧中毒小鼠模型。应用流式细胞术 ,检测小鼠血小板膜糖蛋白CD31、CD6 1和CD6 2p的表达。结果 急性氧中毒组小鼠血小板膜糖蛋白CD31和CD6 1的表达水平均高于正常对照组 ,有显著性差异 (P均 <0 .0 5 ) ;急性氧中毒组小鼠血小板膜糖蛋白CD6 2p的表达水平高于正常对照组 ,有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 急性氧中毒可增强血小板膜糖蛋白CD31、CD6 1和CD6 2 p的表达 ,有利于血栓形成。
Objective To investigate the role and significance of platelet membrane glycoprotein CD31, CD6 1 and CD6 2 p expression in acute oxygen poisoning. Methods The mice were randomly divided into acute oxygen poisoning group and normal control group. Acute oxygenated mice model was established by exposure to 500kPa hyperbaric oxygen environment. Flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of platelet membrane glycoproteins CD31, CD6 1 and CD6 2p in mice. Results The expression levels of platelet membrane glycoproteins CD31 and CD6 1 in acute oxygenated rats were significantly higher than those in normal control group (all P <0.05). The levels of platelet membrane glycoprotein CD6 2p expression was higher than the normal control group, there was a very significant difference (P <0.01). Conclusion Acute oxygen poisoning can enhance the expression of platelet membrane glycoproteins CD31, CD6 1 and CD6 2 p, which is good for thrombosis.
