长江三角洲地区的产业外迁与结构变化对区域就业变动起重要影响作用。笔者运用改进型协调发展度评价模型,对1994年~2012年长江三角洲16个地级市产业结构变动与各产业的就业分布进行改进评价与比较,研究结果表明:1994年~2012年间,长三角16地市的经济发展水平有不同程度的提升,促进了产业结构的优化,但区域的分化现象仍较为突出;就业变动水平较产业发展相对滞后,各空间关联地市差异逐步扩大。1994年~2012年间,产业结构与就业变动的协调发展度整体有所提升,但提升程度相对有限,且呈现出局部极化、分异突出的现象;在对产业经济发展与就业变动的相对发展度研究中得出协调发展较好的上海、杭州、苏州等地区其产业结构与就业变动表现为同步发展;而就业变动发展相对滞后的湖州、舟山、泰州等地区,其就业变动优化方向与程度受到产业结构变化一定程度的拖累。
Industrial relocation and structural changes in the Yangtze River Delta have a significant impact on regional employment changes.
